Tycoon Systems is a software company focusing on the development and marketing of business simulation technologies with a specific focus on educational business games.

Tycoon Systems aims at providing highly interactive but most realistic and challenging business games to empower individuals to play their role as an entrepreneur in a virtual environment as a intense training process.

Our Team

Thomas Lehnert

Thomas is the Founder and CEO of Tycoon Systems. He is also Co-Founder and CTO at Radios AG Frankfurt, a leading provider of corporate valuation software.

Thomas has started as a simulation modelling analyst on a number of consultancy projects. Projects include a research program on corporate simulations and various international projects with leading blue chip companies. During the last 15 years Thomas has developed some of the best-selling and award winning simulation software. His software is used by many large enterprises and more than 100 universities.

Martin Maiburg

Martin is the Marketing and Sales Director of Tycoon Systems and runs the European Office. A fifteen year professional background in international marketing, has lived and worked in Germany, France, Spain, Ghana and UK. Master of Economics, University of Freiburg. Experience includes key account management, the re-positioning of products and brands and turning production driven companies into marketing oriented companies.

Tia Carr Williams

Tia is an online entrepreneur with several collaborative portals in beta. A twenty five year professional background in recruitment and personnel lead to training as a Business Behavior strategist designing educational programs for organizational change. Applying this background to the virtual world allows Tia to bring a broad range of skill sets to leverage the Tycoon portfolio to high performance business training.

Collaborated closely with the Naisbitt Group (John Naisbitt, Megatrends) to forecast the impact of rapidly changing technology on organizational dynamics and corporate profitability.
